As a Certified Sommelier since 2019, Josh Peterson, is recognized across the industry as having an incredible palate for wine. He has carefully curated wine lists for recognizable brands such as Four Seasons and Le Bilboquet. In addition to his background in wine he has extensive mixology work, his experience includes menu consulting and original recipe creation. Josh is currently based in Denver, but is often on the road meeting industry professionals, or discovering the latest trends and flavors.
